When a prospective member signs up and payment is authorized, our system will provide instant activation and access to the members area protected content.

Members are presented with their login id and password at the confirmation page and with a confirmation email.

Our Automated Recurring Billing feature charges a members credit card on file automatically each time the subscription time period is at renewal. If authorized the member subscription is extended for another time period. If not authorized the member cannot view protected content.

This feature requires an Authorize.net Gateway account with ARB activated.

Automated Manual Billing is the alternative to Automated Recurring Billing. This feature, if chosen, sends your member a renewal reminder email at 30 Days, 24 Hours, and at expiration telling the Member what is due, when it is due, where to renew, and how to renew.

If the member does not renew by the expiration date the member cannot view protected content.

A subscription package is a package that a member can subscribe to and is usually referenced as "Gold Package", Standard Package", etc... Package names are based on the level of access that you allow to view your protected content.

Our system allows you to set up as many Subscription Packages as you want.

Our service allows you to have as many members as you want. There are no restrictions or additional costs.

Our subscription time periods include 3 Day, 7 Day, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Yearly. Offer one or all of them depending on your preference.

Have prospective members try your service for free.

Our system allows you to offer 10 Day and 30 Day Free Trials. Prosepective members are not required to use a credit card to signup either. When their Free Trial is over our system reminds them to renew the service. We've also built in some protection if they try to get more than one free trial.

Inside of our Administration Management Control Panel you can manually add members to the system. You can also edit member information if needed.

Our system is completely automated with email confirmations and notifications sent to both members and administrators.

Never worry about members contacting you in the middle of the night wanting to know their passwords. Our system allows members to reset their password through the Forgot Password System. Once reset the member receives an email notification with the new password and their id.

If members don't renew, our system protects your content by suspending non-paid members. Once renewed the member will have full access to the subscription they have paid for.

Members have the ability to update their profile data including payment information all from within the members area. A great time saver for members and administrators.

We give you total flexibility on how members can log in. Choose between a Dedicated Login Page or Dedicated Login Script which allows you to put login id and password fields directly on your website, blog, or social media page.

Our Administration Management Control Panel is our secure central location that allows you to manage all aspects of your membership software including content, members, subscription pricing, and more. It's web based too, and extremely easy to use.

Our Exportable Member Login Report helps you keep track of what members are logging in and how often they login. The report can tell you if a member is password sharing too. Downloadable in excel format this report can be sorted to provide effective information in an easy to read format.

Downloadable in excel format this report provides a complete list of all of your members. It's a great report that will allow you to export to any software or database that allows imports. Great for email lists too.

We'll customize the "Signup" and "Login" pages based on the look and feel of your existing website, blog, or social media page.

As a member you can upload your content to the members area using one of two methods.

Method 1 is our icon based method. With this method you upload your content (HTML Pages, Music Files, Audio Files, etc...) and associate an icon with it. Once a member logs in they will see the icons and click on them to view your content.

Method 2 (the most popular) is our custom method. This method allows you to build your own pages (built with your favorite html editing software like Dreamweaver, Front Page, etc...) and then upload them to our server. You get the exact look and feel you want.

We'll create a professional members area based on your specifications including color, logos, and navigation. We'll also maintain it for you with any updates that are needed on a monthly basis. (Up to 3 hrs of work)

If you do not want to pay for this option you can create your own members area website with a website builder such as Dreamweaver or Front Page. Our system allows you to upload your own member pages including html, video, audio, pdf's, and flash.

If you are want the basic membership area we have a built in icon based system that requires no programming knowledge and allows you to post files and associate icons with each file.

Upon purchase authorization the order confirmation page provides immediate access to the download page and license key. Files are delivered in real time and allow instant gratification.

In addition to your customers receiving a confirmation page they, (and you) also receive a confirmation email with all order information.

The Auto License Key Creator creates license keys for all content automatically. This assures that every transaction is properly tracked and reported.

Manual License Key Creation allows you to manually create license keys that the system will use to track and report your transactions. This feature allows you to create keys one at a time, or in a group. This is a great tool that gives you control over how license keys are structured.

If you are using the system to deliver registered software, this feature will allow you to combine the license key and your registration key.

If you are selling phone cards, software or anything else which requires pre-programmed stored codes (License Key), you can simply enter (individually or in bulk) the codes while adding your digital products. As your digital items are purchased we distribute the license keys. As each license key is distributed we take that key off the "available" license key list. The keys are used not only for the download but also to unlock the digital content.

As your customers download files, service may get interrupted. Our Verified Download feature allows for your customer to re-start their download if there is an interruption of service. The license key stays valid until a complete download is made.

Exportable Content Delivery Reports allow for you to track all of your products.

Information can be searched by date range, then downloaded in excel format and sorted by content name, recipient, or even license key.

Our Shopping Cart is multi purpose. It allows you to sell Membership Subscriptions, Downloadable Digital Products, Services, and Tangible Items. A great tool if you offer other items along with your membership subscriptions.

Our service allows you as many product listings as you want. There are no restrictions or additional costs.

Our system allows you to add your Google Conversion Tracking Code to track conversions, clicks, goals, etc...

If you are required to charge sales tax, our system allows you to set who is to be charged and how much.

Our Exportable Detailed Sales Reports allow you to track all of your sales.

These reports are by date range are easily downloaded in excel format and ready for sorting, email lists, tracking puchases, or even importing to financial software like Quickbooks.

Other reports include inventory reports and affiliate reports, all downloadable as excel files.
